The Stella is open weekly for bed and breakfast Thursday night, Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday night - and welcomes guests throughout the year on those days. The Stella is closed as a bed and breakfast on Monday night, Tuesday night and Wednesday night (with the exception of holidays and special events), in order to refresh the property and ensure optimal guest experience when we are open.
All guest room reservations include a Californian-inspired Continental breakfast during regular bed and breakfast operations (i.e. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday mornings and holidays/special events). The Joyce Suite is self-catering mid-week when normal bed and breakfast operations are paused.
The Joyce Suite is bookable all week - however, please note that breakfast is not included on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday mornings, and during the mid-week period is bookable as a self-catering option. For reservations in The Joyce Suite that take place over several days, Monday night, Tuesday night and Wednesday night are treated as self-catering, and Thursday night, Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday night are treated as bed and breakfast.
The Essentials
All reservations include a California-inspired Continental breakfast on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday mornings.
(With the exception of holidays and special events, The Stella does not offer breakfast on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings.)
