Grey Seals make the Llandudno, North Wales coastline their home, and are most commonly seen in large numbers during pupping season (Sept-Dec) and moulting season (Jan-Apr).

The best places in Llandudno to spot seals are Pigeons Cove on the Great Orme and Angel Bay on the Little Orme - both locations within walking distance of The Stella Historic Llandudno Bed and Breakfast!

Here's a clip of seal spotting at Angel Bay captured by a Stella B&B guest, who went seal spotting on the Little Orme with her dog.

We love dogs here at The Stella B&B, and are all about facilitating great holiday experiences for dogs and their humans. Speaking of seals, and dogs... have you ever thought:

Seals are just dog mermaids

And dogs are just land seals?

Dogs and seals
Dogs are Land Seals and Seals are Dog Mermaids

Visit Llandudno, North Wales and make The Stella Historic Llandudno Bed and Breakfast the headquarters of your seal-spotting adventures!

The Stella B&B is located on the base of the Great Orme, within walking distance to both prime Llandudno seal spotting locations.

Pigeons Cove is along the Great Orme Circular, on Marine Drive.

Angel Bay and the Little Orme are located on the opposite side of Llandudno, and can be walked to from along the 2 mile Promenade, or you can drive approximately 15 minutes to a nature reserve trailhead at Penrhyn Bay.
